"We are really pleased that we saw the previous reviews of BrightLights Solutions and that we went with them. We have been so impressed by the service of both Rowland and Martin. They are highly competent electricians, trustworthy, really friendly and tidy. We required a complete rewiring of our house and didn't know where to start or what it might involve. Rowland arranged to visit the property before we had exchanged and produced an Excel spreadsheet of estimated costings. This worked really well as we could always understand the cost implications and manage our budget. The price was also more competitive than the other quotes we had and through the spreadsheet we were able to manage the costs. They broke down the project into clear stages and asked for payment after the completion of each stage. They were always very flexible and Rowland was the first visitor to our new house after we had exchanged (arriving that day at 5pm to prepare for starting work the next day). Throughout the project they have communicated any questions by phone call and email. "A year after we last used BrightLights Solutions we had them back out to fit a burglar alarm and fit some electrics into an extension at the back of the house. We found them to be fantastic again! Very trustworthy, clean and make the price very clear so that there are no nasty surprises. They went out of their way to help us. Fitted 3 light fittings, new lights and sockets in bike shed, fully installed a burglar alarm, installed shower extractor and installed plinth lights in kitchen.
